My name is Dheeraj Pant. I did my master's in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kanpur and bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar.

I am interested in Machine Learning, Data Science and Statistics, and during my master's, I worked in the same domain (intersection of image-processing, machine learning and statistics) with an industrial company for my thesis.

Apart from this, I like watching movies, listening to music, and playing badminton.

AI-Based Grain Quality and Quantity analyzer (GQQA). Image Processing and Machine Learning techniques are at the core of the application. Users can classify various categories of grains, and visualize various statistics with our pre-trained models in very little time.

NOV 2019

An application to retrieve characters from captcha code. Image processing techniques like dilation & erosion were used, followed by segmentation & then classification using CSVM.

Static and Dynamic analysis of Malware

MAR 2020

An application to flag malwares in Static as well as Dynamic settings. Optimal features set were selected for analysis, which were reduced by correlation filters & PCA. Random Forest were trained for classification.

Diffusion Map & Clustering Based Detection System

NOV 2019

An application to detect anamoly in critical infrastructures. K-Means clustering is used on top of RBF kernel-based diffusion map, to infer threshold value for attack. Used thresholding techniques to detect the attack.

Generate Synthetic Images with DCGANS

SEP 2020

Used Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Networks (DCGAN) with Keras sequential APIs to generate images of fashion items. Transformation of Gaussian noise to the training distribution is done using DCGANs.

Part of Speech Tagging

MAR 2020

Implemented POS tagging mechanism, calculated Lexical & Bi-gram probabilities from the given corpus & used Viterbi algorithm.

Secure Cloud Storage

SEP 2019

Implemented secure cloud storage with all basic functionalities, maintaining confidentiality & integrity where server being malicious.
